Do my educators need their own phones?
No. A shared classroom tablet works, with each educator switching in by name and PIN. Personal phones work too.
Where is our data stored?
In Canada, in a Montréal data centre. Our privacy policy has the details.
Can parents pay fees in the app?
Parents send proof of their e-Transfer and you confirm it, or you record cash yourself. Card payments are on our roadmap.
How long does it take to switch?
Most centres can set up in an afternoon. Import your children from a spreadsheet instead of typing them in.
Is there an app for phones?
Yes. DaycareDesk works in any web browser today, and the Android app is in testing on Google Play. The iPhone app is coming next.
